Disclosure Wave 4
Today — July 10, 2026 — the Pentagon dropped its fourth wave of declassified UAP files and the pattern that has been building since May 8 continues to deepen. Forty new files. Nineteen videos. Historical documents stretching back to 1947. And at least one piece of footage that matches something truth seekers have been whispering about for years — the so-called "floating brain" UAP.
The PURSUE program continues to deliver on its promise of rolling releases — and with each wave the picture grows more complex, more varied, and harder to dismiss. This is not a trickle. This is a sustained, deliberate, and expanding disclosure effort that is now well into its third month.
Here is everything in Wave 4 and what it means for the bigger picture.
🛸 What's In Wave 4
🧠 Described as The Floating Brain — Long Rumored, Now Real
For years within UAP research communities there have been whispered references to footage of an object unlike any of the disc, tic-tac, or orb shapes that dominate the official record. An object described as blob-like, roughly brain-shaped, with elongated sections hanging beneath a central mass. Now that footage appears to be in the public record.
The 2020 Atlantic Ocean encounter footage released today shows exactly this — a sensor zooming in on an object that defies conventional categorization. It does not match any known aircraft, drone, balloon, or natural phenomenon. It is simply something that was out there, seen by military sensors, recorded, classified, and held — and now released for the public to examine.
⚡ A UAP That Actively Jammed Military Sensors
The Yellow Sea footage from 2023 may be the most technologically significant piece of evidence in Wave 4. A U.S. military platform was tracking an object when its sensors — electro-optical and infrared — began to degrade. Over the course of nearly five minutes the footage deteriorates progressively and noticeably. By the end it is significantly worse than at the start.
This is not sensor malfunction. This is not weather interference. This is a pattern of degradation consistent with active electronic countermeasures — technology designed to interfere with observation systems. Whatever was out there in the Yellow Sea in 2023 appears to have known it was being watched and taken steps to prevent clear observation. That is an extraordinary capability to document in a government-released file.
🟢 Green Fireballs, Nuclear Labs, and Manhattan Project Scientists
The 1949 Los Alamos document is perhaps the most historically loaded piece of evidence in this entire wave. In 1949, a formal conference was convened to specifically discuss a series of green fireball sightings near Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico — the facility where the atomic bomb was developed and where nuclear research was among the most classified work in the world.
The attendees at this conference were not casual observers. They included prominent scientists, some of whom had worked directly on the Manhattan Project. These were people with the highest security clearances in the United States, gathered specifically to discuss what they were seeing in the skies above their most sensitive facility.
The proximity of repeated UAP activity to nuclear facilities is a pattern that appears throughout the historical UAP record — from the Rendlesham Forest incident near a NATO nuclear weapons storage site, to reports of UAPs disabling nuclear missiles at Malmstrom Air Force Base. The Los Alamos green fireball conference puts that pattern on record as far back as 1949 — just four years after the first nuclear detonation.
🌌 Four Waves In — The Pattern Is Clear
We are now four waves into what the government is calling PURSUE — the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters. Since May 8, 2026, the public record has grown by hundreds of files spanning nearly eighty years of documented encounters. The pattern across all four waves is worth stepping back to appreciate.
- Wave 1 — May 8, 2026: 162 files, 400+ incidents, Apollo 11 audio, FBI history 1947-1968
- Wave 2 — May 22, 2026: 50+ videos including Lake Huron shootdown, Apollo 12, CIA Soviet reports
- June 9, 2026: Grusch Capitol testimony — multiple ET species confirmed by whistleblower
- Wave 3 — June 12, 2026: 53 documents, Cheyenne Mountain UAP, Zimbabwe CIA report, Apollo 16 audio
- Wave 4 — July 10, 2026: 40 files, 19 videos, floating brain, sensor-jamming UAP, Los Alamos 1949
Each wave has introduced new categories of evidence — new shapes, new behaviors, new historical periods, new agencies, new geographical locations. This is not a single story being told. This is dozens of stories, all pointing in the same direction.
The Pentagon has confirmed that more releases are coming. The next wave is already being prepared. Whatever is in the files still waiting to be released — we are clearly only part of the way through the story.
