Phil Schneider, one of three people to survive the 1979 fire fight between the large Greys , US intelligence and military at the Dulce underground base,was found dead January 1996, due to what appears to be an execution style murder. He was found dead in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck. According to sources, it appeared that he repeatedly suffered torture before he was finally killed. Seven months prior to his death , Schneider did a lecture on the forces he had discovered at Dulce.

I had first become aware of this case through our email and newsgroups monitoring systems in the beginning of February 2000. It seemed a fellow up in Washington State by the name of James Gilliland was making extraordinary claims of 'full blown contact' at his Sattva Sanctuary which was documented with video, photos, physical effects and multiple witnesses. He alleged that this contact had been ongoing and anyone was welcome to experience it for themselves.

This first video deals with the most important aspect; inducing the gateway state needed to achieve a full blown OOBE which is what the medical establishment term 'Sleep Paralysis' amongst other things... I call it 'The Vibrational State'.
I started having sleep paralysis at the age of 11... a very scary experience at first, but after a while I learned that I wasn't so paralysed; I seemed to be able to separate my consciousness from my physical body.

There are a few things I should point out... I have said that in the 2nd Phase OOBE it's possible to visit other worlds, times and dead people... I can not know this for sure because of the subjective nature it.

To put it one way... the worlds visited seem to have rules of their own and don't change no matter how many times I visit them... they are consistent in nature.

In other words they seem to be independent realities. Still I can not rule out the fact that I may be creating them... if so, then I must be an imaginative genius who can conjure up other worlds... which is very highly unlikely. I am pretty normal.
